Housekeepers, Hotel Give

Hotel Give is looking for part-time and casual housekeepers to join our team.

Shifts are available between 7am and 5pm, seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. We currently have part-time positions (20 hours per week) and casual roles available.

We’re looking for people with regular weekday availability and who work well in a team.  You’ll also need to be reliable and able to work efficiently in this busy environment.

If you’re dependable, take pride in your work and are available throughout the week, we’d love to hear from you.

Clean all guest rooms, bathrooms and shared facilities to the hotel’s high standards within the allocated time
Replenish linen, towels, and room amenities
Report all maintenance problems, damaged equipment and missing items
All of this while still representing the core values of The Kind Foundation

Assistant Manager, Pūmanawa ELC Papa Hou

We are seeking an experienced ECE leader who is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education in an inclusive, child-centred environment where tamariki are supported to learn, grow and thrive.

In this role, you will work alongside the Centre Manager to mentor and support kaiako, strengthen teaching practice, lead internal evaluation and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Centre. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive culture for tamariki, whānau and staff while contributing to exceptional learning outcomes for tamariki.

Key Responsibilities

lead and support a team of kaiako to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
mentor, develop and inspire staff through coaching and professional leadership
build strong relationships with tamariki, whānau and the wider community
partner with the Centre Manager to oversee centre operations, compliance and continuous improvement

Wainui Seasonal Instructors

We are recruiting our instructional team for 2026-2027 season.  If you are looking for an intern/apprentice opportunity to log hours working with children in the outdoors, to kick-start your outdoor career, or, if you are looking for a change of scene while you work out what’s next but have enthusiasm, fitness, and common sense in abundance, a season at Wainui may be perfect for you!

 

These are full-time salaried roles with expenses for accommodation and meals deducted from your pay.

September 2026 to April 2027

 

Whilst at Wainui Park you will have the opportunity to develop skills in leadership and coaching, outdoor education delivery and develop an ability to work with a wide range of people.
