WHAT IS GRAPPLE?
Grapple is an intensive innovation challenge designed to empower young people to think differently, collaborate effectively and develop solutions to complex problems.
Throughout the week, participants work in teams to explore a challenge, generate ideas, test concepts and pitch their solutions to a panel of judges. Along the way they gain valuable experience in design thinking, entrepreneurship, teamwork, leadership and communication.
More than a competition, Grapple is an opportunity for young people to connect with peers from across New Zealand, explore future pathways and discover the impact their ideas can have on the world around them.
GRAPPLE FINALISTS
Following a highly competitive selection process, finalists have been chosen from schools across New Zealand and travel arrangements are now underway as participants prepare to join us in Christchurch this October.
We are continually inspired by the passion, creativity and ambition demonstrated by applicants, and we can’t wait to see what this year’s finalists achieve when they come together for Grapple26.
