TAKING YOU THROUGH TO THE QUEENSTOWN MARATHON
Specialised Sessions
Open Ballet at Papa Hou
Everyone is welcome to this class although prior experience is recommended. Designed for those with an understanding of ballet. Our teacher in Term 4, Abigail Boyle, will help grow and refine your technique and conditioning.
We’re excited to welcome back the wonderful Glen Harris, who will be teaching this class in Term 1 2026.
Those who have been to this class before can purchase concessions through their GymMaster app. Those attending for the first time can get signed sign up at Elevate Fitness Papa Hou reception, who will walk you through the process.

Bring Your Baby
Have you recently had a baby and are ready to get back into exercise and meet other mums/dads? We have some options for you! Come along to one of our Bring Your Baby group exercise classes that run twice a week.
Yogalates
This fun and dynamic class combines elements of yaga and pilates to create a workout thats gentle yet effective. Perfect for new parents, this class allows you to bond with your baby while gaining strength. All levels welcome.

Functional Fitness
Join us for a high-intensity interval training class designed specifically for mums and dads who want to get fit and bond with their babies/toddlers. During this 60 min session you’ll complete a variety of strength and cardio exercises with your baby by your side. We can modify to suit all fitness levels – get ready to sweat and have fun!
