The Kind Foundation 2024 Charity Golf Tournament will again be held at the beautiful Weedons Country Club this year on Friday 22 November. Weedons is situated 20 minutes south of Christchurch and has a wonderful country reputation with a top 18 hole, par 73 golf course – with tree lined fairways and many doglegs – the course challenges the best of golfers.
The funds raised by our golf tournaments have helped us to make a difference in the lives of many people – young, old, and everyone in between – through our many programmes and services.
Whilst we have paying members at our gyms and we operate our hotel as a social enterprise, many of our programmes and services are delivered at low cost or free of charge to reduce or eliminate barriers to participation. In order to develop, implement and maintain these programmes our organisation needs additional financial support generated by events such as our golf tournament.
Your day on the course includes a sausage sizzle lunch, 18 holes (ambrose format) and a delicious buffet dinner and prizegiving.
