Basketball

With the invention of the game of basketball, it is no surprise that we run great basketball training and development squads for children.

In terms 2 and 3 we also operate a school-based competition league.

Get your child involved and see them develop skills, friendships and a team spirit while also staying fit and healthy.

Gymnastics

Gymnastics emphasizes fundamental movement skills and this helps in the development of child’s balance, coordination, strength, flexibility and spatial awareness, all these core motor skills are essential in gymnastics, but also fundamental life movements.

Each class focuses on an individual skill with their group and each week progressions are introduced. Our programme is based on a level and skill development programme. This allows children to make steady progress throughout our programme based on their individual skill set, and allows children to be proud and confident with their visible progress.

Our experienced gymnastics coaches will guide each child through circuit rotations of various apparatus; beam, vault, double mini tramp, floor, and rings/bar. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, fun and inclusive environment for all participants.
