Housekeeping Team Leader

We are looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team on a full-time basis of 30-40 hours per week who would like to be part of our hotel.

We are open seven days a week and you must be flexible to work weekends and public holidays.

Pūmanawa ELC Teacher/Kaiako

Papa Hou, Permanent

We are seeking both full time and part time kaiako to join our teaching team at our newly built Early Learning Centre in the heart of Christchurch.

This exciting role includes delivering the Te Whāriki curriculum effectively, building strong relationships with tamariki and whānau, embracing bicultural practices across the centre, and working positively in collaboration with other members of our teaching team. We are looking for kaiako who can exemplify our core values (honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring) and contribute to a positive learning environment for all tamariki.

Specifically, this includes ensuring the Centre is child-centred, reflective of our whānau and community values, nurturing and welcoming, maximising enrolment levels by being responsive to community, delivering the Te Whāriki curriculum effectively, meeting all relevant codes of practice and standards as per teacher registration and Kind Foundation policies and procedures, and working as a collaborative team member. These positions require all teaching staff to be able to work across all age groups in the Centre and be flexible around rostered time in ratio and release time.

We are looking for someone with comprehensive knowledge of ECE operations and regulations with previous leadership experience who can provide mentoring support to our teaching teams. Wainui Park, Internship

We are now recruiting our next seasonal crew of outdoor instructors, preferably aged over 21 years of age and ideally committed to our nine month season which runs through to late May.
